A project is a task to accomplish and a case refers to the different activities to be done to accomplish the task. A project normally has more than one cases.
It should be used consistently for all project activities. All personal visits, telephone conversation, discussions, letters and emails sent out, contact informations, plans made, final results any success and even pit fails of the activities, etc. need to be supplied, discussed and recorded in the respective project cases.
It helps to organize different tasks, enhance collaborations among team members, simplify record keeping and facilitates follow up.
The task assigned to staff involves participation of all staff members of ePort.

To follow up a case follow the appropriate case tracker link. If you do not have a case established for you then the link may not show up.
To create a case or task to a given project follow the menu create content on the sidebar and then
case. That will bring the form. Each case must be associated with a project.
Staff and external collaborators can create a project when needed. If you are new and interested to establish with ePort and would like to suggest a project idea create a case under the project Partnership Propoal. The proposal will be examined immediately and ways to pursue it further communicated as fast as possible.
